• Account information: phone number, verification status, and other information needed for authentication.
• Team and player data: team names, player names, roster details, physical attributes, and lineup settings.
• Game and training records: scorekeeping data, performance logs, training sessions, and related statistics.
• Camera and photos: when you use the AI motion analysis feature, we need access to your camera (to record video) or photo library (to select existing videos). Videos are used solely for motion analysis and no other purpose.
• Motion analysis data: videos or extracted keypoint data that you submit for AI-assisted analysis.
• Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, and operational logs used for support and stability.

2. How we use information

• Provide login, account, and identity verification services.
• Operate scorekeeping, team management, training records, and analytics features.
• Generate AI-assisted motion analysis results and improvement suggestions.
• Improve service quality, reliability, and security.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Local-first and privacy mode

Our AI motion analysis feature offers a Privacy Mode: in this mode, video is processed entirely on your device. Keypoint data is extracted locally in the browser using MediaPipe, and only the extracted data is uploaded. Your original video never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We encourage privacy-conscious users to use this mode.

4. Data storage and protection

• We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
• Data may be retained for different periods depending on product tier, operational need, or legal requirement.
• Uploaded files and related analysis assets may be deleted after their retention period ends.
• Some data (such as login status and preferences) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when necessary to provide our services, comply with law, protect users, or respond to valid legal requests.

6. Third-party services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• SMS service (Alibaba Cloud): for sending login verification codes.
• WeChat Open Platform: for WeChat login authorization.
• Cloud services (Tencent Cloud): for application hosting and data storage.
